Discovery of Body in Skerries, Dublin & arrest on the 14/11/13

Gardai in Balbriggan are investigating all the circumstances of the discovery of the body of a male in his 50's at a house in Mourne Park, Skerries this evening at approximately 6 p.m. Thursday, the 14th November 2013.

The scene is currently preserved for a technical examination and the Office of the State Pathologist has been notified.

A male in his late 20's was arrested nearby, shortly after the discovery of the body, and he is currently detained at Ballymun Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
