The man in his 30’s arrested yesterday 28/5/13 in connection with a serious incident in Donaghmeade was released from custody without charge early this morning (29/5/13).
A file will now be prepared for the information of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Gardai in Coolock investigating an incident in which a female (44yrs) received serious stab injuries at her house on Donaghmeade Park on the 8th April 2011 have arrested one male.
As a result of further information obtained by the investigation team in Coolock, a male in his 30's was arrested in Dublin City center early this morning the 28th May 2013 as part of this investigation. He is being detained at Coolock Garda station under the provisions of section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended.
