Weather warning - N11/M50 and M1 at Balbriggan on the 22/3/13

Gardai are advising motorists to avoid the M50 in both directions at the Bray North interchange.

Traffic southbound is being diverted through Shankill and through Bray and Northbound  in reverse (through Bray and Shankill).


On the M1 at the Balbriggan South exit (Junction 5) northbound there is severe flooding, motorists are asked to take the exit at Junction 4 (Donabate) and come back onto the motorway at Junction 6 (Balbriggan).


Motorists are advised to drive with extreme caution.
