A male in his 40’s arrested in connection with the murder investigation in Killorglin was last night (24/6/13) released without charge.
A file will now be prepared for the information of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Gardai in Killarney investigating the murder of 27-year-old Jolanta Lubiene and her 8-year-old daughter Enrika at Killorglin, Co Kerry, on the 16th June 2013 have made an arrest.
A male in his 40’s was arrested this morning the 23rd June 2013 in connection with the investigation and is currently detained under the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939 as amended at Killarney Garda Station.
