A 19 year old male will appear at Dublin District Court Number 4 on 28th June 2013, charged in relation to a serious assault which occurred at College Green, Dublin on 7th June 2013.
At approximately 23.30 hours a 19-year-old male was stabbed and seriously injured during an incident at a shop on College Green. He was taken by ambulance to St. James Hospital. (The condition of the injured male is currently described as stable.)
Two males and a female (all aged in their teens) were arrested a short time later by investigating Gardai and detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
A male and female were later released without charge pending the preparation of a file for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
