Gardai in Killarney are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred on the L3025 near Beaufort at approximately 7.15pm on the 31/05/13.
A male in his 30’s was fatally injured when the van he was driving lost control and collided with a tree. He was the sole occupant of the van. He was removed to Kerry General Hospital, Tralee where he was later pronounced dead.
This stretch of road was closed for a time to facilitate an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators but has since reopened.
