A 26-year-old male has died this evening (15/6/2013) in Tallaght Hospital following a road traffic collision in Co. Wicklow on the 14th June 2013.
The collision occurred at Ballymacrow Hill, Ashford, at approximately 3pm when a tour bus travelling towards Annamoe, Glendalough, was in collision with a car. No one on the bus was injured. The driver of the car, a 26-year-old male, was seriously injured and airlifted to Tallaght Hospital where he was pronounced dead this evening (15/6/2013). A female passenger in the car was taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital with non life threatening injuries.
