As a result of an ongoing operation by Gardai from the Garda National Drugs Unit, Dublin Castle an industrial premises was searched in North West Business Centre on the evening of the 21st June 2013.
During the course of the search Gardai discovered in excess of 100kilos of cannabis resin and herb(subject to analysis) with an approximate street value of €1m.
The scene is currently being technically examined.
One male 39yrs was arrested at the scene on the 21st June and is being detained at Blanchardstown Garda station under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice( Drug Trafficking ) Act 1996 as amended.
