Drug seizure and arrest at Clondalkin Industrial Estate on the 23/7/13

As part of an ongoing operation Gardai attached the Garda National Drugs Unit assited by the Ballyfermot and Clondalkin Drugs Units searched a commercial premisies at Crag Terrace, Clondalkin Industrial Estate on the 23rd July 2013.

During the search Gardai discovered approximaletly 500 Cannabis plants with an estimated street value of €400,000(subject to analysis). A sophisticated cultivation system was in operation at the location.
 

A male (30yrs) was arrested and is being detained at Clondalkin Garda station under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 as amended.
