Gardai are investigating a single vehicle collision at Whitechurch Village, Cork, on the 10th January 2013.
At approximately 12.30 pm two males (believed to be aged in their 30's and 50's) were seriously injured when the car they were travelling in collided with a wall. They were taken by ambulance to Cork University Hospital. Three other occupants of the car (all male aged in their late teens and 20's) were also taken to hospital with injuries as not thought to be life threatening.
The road is closed and traffic diversions are in place. Forensic collision investigators have been notified to attend.
