Gardai in Kinsale wish to seek the publics assistance in relation to a serious assault that occurred on the 29th of January, 2013 at approximately 10.30pm on Compass Quay, Kinsale, Cork.
A 18 year old woman sustained injuries as a result of the assault. She was taken to Cork University Hospital where she received treatment.
Gardai wish to appeal for witnesses who may have been in the area of Compass Quay between 9.30p.m. and 10.30p.m. and who may have seen anything unusual or suspicious or anyone who can assist them with the investigation to contact Kinsale Garda Station on (021) 4772302, The Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
