He was charged today before the Special Criminal Court at the Criminal Courts of Justice, Parkgate Street, Dublin 7 with membership of an unlawful organisation.
Gardaí investigating the activities of dissident republicans in the Limerick area arrested a male in his 40’s on the 14th January 2013. He was remanded in custody to appear again before the Special Criminal Court at 10.30am on the 22nd January 2013.

Gardaí investigating the activities of dissident republicans in the Limerick area have arrested a male in his 40’s following the search of a house in Limerick this morning.
The male is currently detained under the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939 at Henry Street Garda Station.
