Court appearance - Shooting at The Memorial Park, Dublin 8 on the 13/1/13

A 19 year old male is scheduled to appear before court no 4 Criminal Courts of Justice , Parkgate Street this morning the 14/1/13.

He is charged in connection with the fatal stabbing of Kevin Kenny on Sarsfield Road on the 31.07.11.

He was arrested this evening 13th January, 2013 in the Dublin area and is being detained under the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939 at Kilmainham Garda Station.

The injured man remains in a critical but stable condition in St. James Hospital
