Gardaí at Ballymun in Dublin investigating a serious stabbing incident which occurred in Ballymun on Monday (16/12/13) have today arrested a 24 year old man in connection with this incident.
He was arrested in Dublin City Centre this afternoon and detained in Ballymun Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 Criminal Justice Act 1984. He is expected to appear before the Courts of Criminal Justice tomorrow morning (19/12/13)
Gardai are investigating all of the circumstances surrounding a stabbing incident in Ballymun. A male and a female were taken by Ambulance to hospital with stab wounds following an incident in a house at approximately 10am this morning. The conditions of those injured are not yet known.
