Gardai in Clontarf wish to seek the publics assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 69 year old Joan Mulhall missing from Richmond Rd, Dublin 3.
Joan was last seen at approximately 12 midday on the 12th of December. She is described as being 5’ 3’’ tall and of slender build with white hair and brown eyes. It is believe that she was wearing a blue rain coat, black trousers, black runners and a black and white head scarf when last seen.
