Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Chinese National Ruiqian Liu, also known as Anna Liu, aged 15 years.
She has been missing from her home in Balbriggan, North County Dublin since 11:30pm on Sunday, the 18th August 2013.
It is not known what she was last wearing, but she has in her possession a large red suitcase containing clothing and a grey handbag with a distinctive orange strap.
She is described as 5’5” in height and slight build, with short light brown hair.
