It is in connection with a drug seizure in Lusk on the 8th April 2013
As part of an ongoing operation targeting the criminal activity of a North Dublin crime gang, Gardai from the Organised Crime Unit based at Harcourt Sq stopped and searched a van and a car shortly before 8pm on the 8th April 2013 at Tooman, Lusk, Co Dublin. Three males were arrested during the operation.
One of these males has been charged and will appear before Court No 2,Criminal Courts of Justice, Parkgate Street at 10.30am on the 10th April 2013.
The other two males were released without charge.

As part of an ongoing operation targeting the criminal activity of a North Dublin crime gang, Gardai from the Organised Crime Unit based at Harcourt Sq stopped and searched a van and a car shortly before 8pm on the 8th April 2013 at Tooman, Lusk, Co Dublin.
During the course of the search of the van and car Gardai discovered approximately €250,000 of cannabis herb (subject to analysis). Three males (all in their 30's) were arrested and are being detained at Swords and Ballymun Garda stations under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 as amended.
