Gardai in Naas are investigating a fatal road traffic collision that occurred at Dagwelds Cross, Blackwood, Naas at approximately 19.30hrs yesterday evening the 17th April 2013.
A male motorcyclist aged 30 years was fatally injured when a car collided with his motorcycle. He was removed to Naas General Hospital where he was pronounced dead later that evening. The female driver of the car received minor injuries and was also removed to Naas Hospital.
The road is now open and an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators has taken place.
