A woman in her mid 20's is due to appear before Blanchardstown District Court this morning, the 26th April 2013 charged in relation to the murder of Maurice Martin in Finglas on 12th June, 2009.

Gardai at Finglas are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the body of a male believed to be in his early 20’s at the junction of Cardiffsbridge Road and Tolka Valley Road, Finglas.
The discovery of the body was reported to Gardai shortly after 5am this morning - Friday 12th June 2009.
The body remains at the scene and the Office of the State Pathologist has been notified.
The junction is closed to traffic pending forensic examination and commuters using Cardiffsbridge Road or Tolka Road are asked to use alternative routes.
