Man charged in connection with the death of a male on the 13th Sept 2012
Gardai in Ballymun investigating the discovery of a body of a male aged in his late 30s in Ballymun on the 13th September 2012 have charged a 21yr old male in connection with the incident.
He will appear before Courtt 44 Chancery St at 10.30am tomorrow morning the 15th September 2012.

Gardai in Ballymun are investigating the discovery of a body of a male aged in his late 30's in Ballymun on the 13th September 2012The body was discovered at approximately 4a.m. following an incident at house on St Josephs Way.
Two males (one in aged in his 20's, one 30's) and a female (20's) injured during the incident were taken by ambulance to the Mater hospital.
The scene is preserved pending a technical examination and the State Pathologist has been notified.
Two males aged in there 2'0s have been arrested and are currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at Ballymun Garda Station.
