Gardai in Togher are investigating a two vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred on Sarsfield Road in Cork at approximately 11pm on the 24.09.12.
A female motorcyclist in her 20’s was fatally injured when she collided with a car. She was removed to Cork University Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The driver of the car was not injured.
The road is currently closed pending the completion of an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
