Gardai in Enniscorthy are investigating a two vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred at Rathnure Upper, Enniscorthy at approximately 2.20am on the 23.09.12.
The male driver (19 yrs) and male passenger of the first car along with the female driver (sole occupant) of the second car were all taken to Wexford General Hospital. The 19 year old male driver of the first car was pronounced dead this morning after being transferred to St. Vincents Hospital in Dublin.
The driver of the second car and the passenger of the first car had injuries described as minor.
The road was closed to facilitate an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and has since reopened.
