Discovery of a body in Tullamore, Offaly on the 15/09/12

Gardai in Tullamore are investigating all the circumstances following the discovery of the body of an 11 year old girl at her home on Bachelors Walk, Tullamore last night (15/09/12) at approximately 9pm.

The girl along with a woman in her 50’s were taken to the Midland Regional Hospital in Tullamore where the girl was pronounced dead. 
 

The scene has been preserved and the Garda Technical Bureau and the State Pathologist are due this morning.
