Gardai in Portarlington, Co Laois investigating the murder of Gerard Eglington (27yrs) that occurred in the Kilnacourt Woods Housing Estate this morning at approximately 8.30am today the 24th Sept 2012 would again like to appeal for witnesses

who may have information on the dark blue Mazda 6, Gardai have established that the registration number of the car was 05 KY 934 and that it was taken from Auburn Close, Castleknock in the middle of August 2012. Anyone who may have seen this car, in a car park, filling station or other similar location are asked to contact the Gardai in Portarlington on 057 8636774, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
