Witnesses sought - Incident on Grand Canal Quay, Dublin on the 3/10/12

Gardaí at Pearse Street are appealing for witnesses to contact them in relation to an incident on Grand Canal Quay last night (Wednesday October 3rd 2012)

A 56 year old male employee of a waste disposal company became trapped in the rear of a waste disposal vehicle at approximately 11.50pm last night. He was removed to St. James Hospital but died a short time later.
