Firearms seized and arrests in Crumlin, Dublin on the 9/10/12

Gardai have arrested four men and seized a firearm, a telescopic sight and firearm component parts in an operation at Captains Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12.

The search began yesterday afternoon,  Tuesday the 9th October 2012 and was carried out by officers from the Detective Units in the D.M.R. Southern Division.

Four men were arrested during the search.  They are aged from their late teens and early 20''s and are detained at Crumlin, Sundrive Road and Terenure Garda Stations under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939.
