Gardai in Bailieboro are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred on the Cootehill to Mountain Lodge Road at approximately 7.50pm on the 21/10/12.
A male in his 50’s was fatally injured when his tractor left the road and overturned. He was taken to Cavan General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
This stretch of road is currently closed pending the completion of an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and local diversions are in place.
