Fatal road traffic collision in Boyle, Roscommon on the 7/10/12

Gardai at Boyle are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred on Carrick Road, Boyle, on the 7th October 2012.

At approximately 7.30p.m. a 65 year old male pedestrian was fatally injured when he was crossing the road.

The road was closed and diversions were in place, it is now reopened. Forensic collision investigators examination has been completed.
