As part of an ongoing operation into the activities of Dissident Republicans, Gardai arrested four people (3 males & 1 female) in Co. Offaly on the 27th November 2012.
The four people will appear this evening before a sitting of the Special Criminal Court, Criminal Courts of Justice, Parkgate Street on the 29th November 2012 at 7.30pm.

As part of an ongoing operation into the activities of Dissident Republicans Gardai have arrested 4 people outside Tullamore, Co. Offaly.
Members from the Special Detective Unit, supported by other National Units, arrested three males (20’s and 30’s) and one female (20’s) at Rahan, Co. Offaly last night the 27th November, 2012.
The four are currently detained at Tullamore (male and female) and Mullingar ( two males) Garda Stations under the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939.
Two firearms were also recovered at the scene.
