Gardaí in Gurranabraher are investigating a serious stabbing incident which occurred at Hollyhill Lane in Knocknaheeny at approximately 5pm today (28/5/12)
A man in his 30’s received serious stab wounds. He was taken to Cork University Hospital where his condition is described as critical.
Investigating Gardaí are appealing for information in relation to this incident, in particular any person who may have been in the Harbour View Road/ Hollyhill Estate area between 5pm and 5.30pm today to contact the Gardaí at Gurranabraher on 021-4946200, the Garda Confidential Line 1-800-666-111 or any Garda Station.
No arrests have been made and investigations are continuing.
