Gardaí in Store Street investigating the death of a 51 year old female yesterday (20/5/12) are seeking information from the public.
At approximately 3.15am on Sunday, the 20th May 2012 a group of people went into a Fast Food outlet on Parnell Street. This group then left the premises a short time later and stood outside on the footpath. A female member of this group became involved in an altercation on Parnell Street with another female who was also present in the Fast Food outlet.
Investigating Gardaí are anxious to speak to the first female who is described as being in her 20’s, wearing a dark jacket, a black mini skirt or shorts with black tights and a sparkling top possibly pink in colour. She was also carrying a black shoulder bag.
