Cannabis plants seized and two arrests in Blanchardstown, Dublin on the 7/3/12

Following an operation by uniform Gardaí in Blanchardstown assisted by the local Garda Drug Unit a quantity of Cannabis plants has been seized and two men arrested.

Gardaí searched an industrial unit in the Blanchardstown area yesterday (7/3/12) and seized Cannabis plants with an estimated street value of €400,000 (Subject to analysis). 
 

Two men were arrested (29yrs and 24yrs) at the scene are are currently detained at Blanchardstown Garda Station under Section 2 – Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking Act) 1996. 
 

Investigations are continuing.
