Traffic alert in Cork on the 7/6/12 at 1630 hours - Update

The N25 has fully re-opened to traffic following an earlier incident.

Gardai are continuing to advise motorists accross the country to exercise extreme caution given the prevailing weather conditions.

The east bound lanes of the N25 are currently closed to traffic between Carrigtohill and Middleton following a serious collision.

Gardai are at scene and diversions are in place. Motorists are advised to divert via Carrigtohill village or the Fota Road.
