Court Appearance - National Gallery Incident

A 47 year old man is expected to appear at the Dublin District Court on Monday 2nd July 2012, charged in relation to criminal damage to a painting at the National Gallery on Friday 29th June.

The man, who was arrested yesterday afternoon and is in custody at Pearse Street Garda Station, will appear before Court Number 1 at the Criminal Courts of Justice, Parkgate Street at 10.30 am.

 
Gardaí are asking anyone who visited the National Gallery on Friday morning to contact them at Pearse Street on 01 666 9000.
