Gardai at Oranmore are appealing to the public for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of, 53-year-old, Joe Stephens from Oranmore, Co. Galway.
Joe was last seen when visiting a friend in Ferbane, Co Offaly, on the 17th July 2012. He is described a 5'4" height, of stocky build, sallow skin, blue eyes and short brown hair balding at the front. He was wearing a navy polo shirt, blue jeans and a red/black outdoor jacket. He was also wearing a gold necklace and a gold ring on his right hand.
