Gardaí in Letterkenny are investigating a two car Fatal Road Traffic Collision which occurred at Callan, Drumkeen, Co. Donegal (Main Ballybofey to Letterkenny Road on the N13).
The collision happened at approximately 23.59hrs on Wednesday, the 11th July 2012.
The 18 year old male driver of one of the cars (sole occupant) died this afternoon at Letterkenny General Hospital as a result of his injuries. The 38 year old male driver and 23 year old female passenger of the other vehicle where injured however it’s believed their injuries are not life threatening.
The road was closed to facilitate an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators but has since reopened.
