A 20 year old man arrested in Coolock on 2/7/12 is expected to appear before the Special Criminal Court this afternoon at 4.45pm (4/7/12) charged in connection with this ongoing investigation

As part of an ongoing operation into the activities of dissident Republicans, Gardai from the Special Detective Unit, Dublin, have arrested a male and seized a firearm.
The male, in his early 20's, was arrested in the Coolock area of Dublin at approx 6.30pm on 2nd July 2012.
The firearm was seized during the arrest. The male is currently detained at Blanchardstown Garda Station under Section 30 Offences against the State Act.
