Gardaí are investigating seven separate assaults (stabbing incidents) in the Phoenix Park on the 7th / 8th July between 8.30 pm and 1 am.
The victims were all male and were all aged in their late teen or 20's.
A number of the victims required treatment at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown and one man in his late 20s remains in hospital.
As part of the investigation Gardaí have arrested a 23 year old man, he is detained at Blanchardstown Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses to any of the incidents to contact them at Blanchardstown Garda Station on 666 7000 or any Garda Station.
