Gardai in Anglesea Street investigating an assault that occurred on White Street on the 23/1/12 wish to appeal for witnesses.
At approximately 10pm on the 23/1/12. An altercation took place between two groups which resulted in a male in his late 30’s being seriously injured. He was taken to Cork University Hospital where he is described as being in a critical but stable condition.
Gardai wish to appeal for witnesses or to anyone that was in or around the area of White Street around the time of the assault to contact Anglesea Street Garda Station on 021-4522000, The Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
