Gardai in Crumlin investigating the circumstances of a firearm being discharged at a property at Glebe House, Angus Road, Crumlin on the 19th January 2012, arrested two males (20 & 19yrs) in connection with the incident on the 19th Jan,
They were detained under the provisions of Section 30 Offences Against the State Act 1939 as amended at Crumlin Garda station. No one was injured in the incident.
One male (20yrs) was charged on the evening of the 20th Jan and will appear before a sitting of Dublin District Court 44 Bridewell at 10.30am this morning, the the 21st January 2012, the other was released without charge, file being prepared.
