Garda Press Office.Gardai in Tullamore are seeking the public's assistance in locating 18yr old Sean Kemp who went missing on the 23rd February 2012.
Sean was last seen on the 23rd February 2012 in Maynooth, Co Kildare at approximately 2pm. He is deascribed as being 5'5", fair hair, medium build and blue eyes. When he was last seen he was wearing a white hoody top, black bottoms, black runners and white socks.
Sean is presently under medical supervision and Gardai in Tullamore are concerned for Sean's welfare.
