Drug seizure and arrest at Clondalkin, Dublin on the 24/2/12

As a result of an ongoing operation by the Ballyfermot Drug Unit and the Garda National Drug Unit a house at St Brigids Avenue, Clondalkin was searched on the 24th February 2012.

During the course of the search Gardai discovered 300 cannabis plants with an approx. street value of €120,000 (pending analysis).
 

One man (32yrs) was arrested and is being detained under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking Act) 1996 as amended at Ballyfermot Garda station.
