A 29 year old male is scheduled to appear before a special sitting of Clonmel District Court tomorrow the 16/12/12 at 12.30pm charged in connection with the murder of Shane Rossiter on the 17th October 2012.
Two males remain in custody.

Gardaí at Tipperary town investigating the murder of Shane Rossiter on the 17th October 2012 have made three further arrests. Three males (who range in age from late 20s to early 40s) were arrested this evening (11th December 2012) in the Tipperary area. They are detained at various Garda Stations in Tipperary under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007.
Six of the seven people arrested on the 10th December 2012 also remain in Garda Custody as part of this investigation. One of the men arrested during yesterday mornings operation was released without charge earlier today.
The investigation is ongoing.
