Fatal Stabbing in Rialto, Dublin on the 1/12/12 - Update 3rd December 2012

Gardaí investigating the fatal stabbing in Rialto on the 1st December 2012 arrested a male teenager yesterday evening (Sunday 2/12/12) in connection with this investigation. He is the fourth person to be arrested.

This person is currently detained at Pearse Street Garda Station under Section 30 Offences Against the State Act 1939.

Three people detained in relation to this incident were released without charge last night (2/12/12) A file will now be prepared for the information of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
