A male in his late 20’s who had been detained at Pearse Street Garda Station is scheduled to appear at Court Number 1, The Criminal Courts Of Justice, Parkgate Street at 10.30am on Monday, the 10/12/12.
He will be charged in connection with the death of a man at Dawson Street/Nassau Street Junction.

Gardai have arrested a man in his late 20s in relation to the death of a man at Nassau Street/Dawson Street junction yesterday evening 6th December 2012 at approximately 5.45pm.
The man is detained at Pearse Street Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
