Drug seizure and arrest in Nenagh, Tipperary on the 9/8/12

As part of an ongoing investigation Gardai from Tipperary and the Garda National Drugs Unit carried out a search at a premises at Moanfin, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, on the 9th August 2012.

During the search  Gardai discovered approximately 800 cannabis plants with an estimated street value of €640,000 (pending analysis).

 
A man in his mid 30's was arrested and is currently detained at Templemore Garda Station under the provisions of  Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
