Gardaí investigating the murder of Andrew Allen on the 9th of February 2012 at Links View Park, Buncrana, Co Donegal, have this morning (22/4/2012) arrested a male aged in his 30s.
He was arrested in Co Donegal and is currently detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939, at Buncrana Garda Station.

Gardai in Buncrana, Co Donegal are investigating the circumstances of a fatal shooting on the 9th February 2012.
One male (24yrs) received fatal injuries in the shooting incident which occurred at approx. 9.20pm in a house at Links View Park in Buncrana. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His body remains at the scene. A female in the house at the time of the shooting was uninjured.
Gardai have sealed off the area for a forensic examination, the services of the State Pathologist have been requested.
