Gardaí in Tullamore are investigating the circumstances surrounding an incident in a house on Kilbride Street, Tullamore shortly after 7am this morning (5/4/12).
Gardaí in Tullamore Co Offaly investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a male in Tullamore shortly after 7am this morning (5/4/12) will hold a witness appeal outside Tullamore Garda station at 4.30pm today the 5th March 2012.

A 30 year old man was taken to the Midland Regional Hospital in Tullamore suffering from what appears to be stab wounds where he subsequently died a short time later from his injuries. A second man was also injured however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
The scene of the incident has been preserved pending a Garda technical examination.
No arrests have been made and investigations are continuing.
