Fatal road traffic collision at Murroe, Co Limerick on the 11/4/12

Gardaí in Murroe are investigating a single vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at Farnane, Murroe, Limerick.

The collision occurred at approximately 5pm this evening (11/4/12) involving a car and a 6 year old boy (pedestrian). The 6 year old boy was fatally injured. 
 

The road is closed pending a Garda Forensic Examination.
