Gardaí wish to advise motorists that Junction 13 M50 (Ballinteer) is still impassable. Motorists are asked to avoid this location.

A section of the M1 is closed northbound just after the Port Tunnel, diversions are in place.

Gardaí are advising motorists to avoid all unnecessary travel due to severe flooding.

However flood waters have started to recede.
